New Port Beach, California:  SG’s initial research is in full progress. The mission foundation is to merge research and policy.  The goal of the work is to gain a larger perspective of the current issues involving the climate.   The mission goals develop framework and discover the foundation  with the aims to preserve the integrity of issues and information involving change.
